Breakfast was fab! Location was fair. Still had to taxi to many places. Staff were sooo nice, especially in the lobby. There was a great atmosphere in the lobby. Especially for a night cap.

Excellent service and support. Had an issue with phone and tv, management quickly resolved within 1/2 hour, apologized and also offered minor compensations, such as free breakfast.

When I booked the Sheraton, I was expecting just a standard hotel experience, a place to sleep while I could explore the city and run errands during the day. However, I was traveling with my 80 year old dad who was in poor health, and I'm extraordinarily grateful by how kind, caring, and compassionate the staff was, particularly the concierge Claudia Barao who checked us in and periodically checked in on us. She was always attentive to his needs, helping him back to his room when he got lost, providing him with a wheelchair, and making us feel like we were in a boutique hotel with personalized attention rather than a corporate chain.

Location is nice, easy to be reached by metro. Room was comfortable. Reception staff was nice and kind. The bed is awsome, because I could sleep well during these 4 nights.

Everything was great from the time we arrived at the hotel. We were greeted with smiles and a warm welcome, the bar and restaurant was very good, great pool and to top it off a lovely room on the 19th floor. it was close to restaurants and walking distance to the shopping area.

there was nothing we could fault, all staff were friendly/ do anything to help, great breakfast choice, hotel was spotlessly clean. some may not like the location as not in the heart of the old city ~ but for us no issue just to jump on the metro which was very easy to use. I would not hesitate to return it recommend to others. we were also able to use the spa, the pool was a lovely 25-28 degrees, lovely sauna and steam room. had a salt scrub and massage- fabulous!

Everyone was very very friendly and helpful, especially the team during the happy hour at the bar (special thanks to Marco and Bruno), breakfast team as well. The room on the 24th floor was very nice with a great view.
